Connect Neon Postgres

Add your connection string to DATABASE_URL in .env.local, then run pnpm db:migrate.

Set up secure sign-in

Set BETTER_AUTH_URL and a random BETTER_AUTH_SECRET of at least 32 characters. Google and GitHub login are optional.

Enable account emails

Set SENDGRID_API_KEY and EMAIL_FROM for verification, password recovery, and invitations.
