Keep the wiki if the wiki is working.

MCPBinder is not a replacement for every document or database you have built. Its focus is the project brief, the next action, and permissioned collaboration. If you need a highly configurable knowledge workspace, evaluate Notion first. You can also keep source documents where they are and track their links in MCPBinder.

Make the comparison your own.

Pick one active project. Add its goal and current decisions, link the source brief, then connect an agent with read and propose permissions. Compare the handoff with your existing Notion workflow.

A few useful answers.

Does Notion already support MCP?

Yes. Both products support external MCP clients. The useful comparison is how you organize work and limit an agent’s authority, rather than whether MCP exists.

Will my Notion pages automatically sync to MCPBinder?

No native Notion importer or sync is included. Start a project in MCPBinder and add links to the documents you want to keep using. A tracked link does not import the document’s contents or grant an agent access to it.
