Do I need a card to start?
No. Creating an account starts a Free workspace and does not start a paid subscription. Choose a paid plan separately from Billing when available.
How many free workspaces can I have?
Each account includes one Free workspace. Another workspace starts on a paid plan. If you upgrade your first workspace, you can then add another Free workspace.
What counts as a person?
People who join your workspace count toward its member limit. Connected AI agents do not use paid seats. Free includes one person; each workspace has its own plan and limits.
Does the price include an AI subscription?
No. Bring a compatible agent and your own AI provider subscription. Model usage and provider charges are billed separately by that provider.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Existing work stays readable. All tasks count toward the task limit, including completed and archived tasks. Choose an available plan with a higher task limit to create more. Archiving projects reduces active project usage. File storage has a separate limit.
How do upgrades and cancellations work?
Workspace owners choose paid plans from Billing after verifying their identity. Review the amount, billing interval, taxes, and renewal terms in checkout. Manage payments and cancellation through the billing portal. If paid access ends, the workspace returns to Free limits without deleting existing work.
Storage is measured in binary gigabytes (1 GB = 1,073,741,824 bytes). Project limits count active projects. Task limits count all tasks, including completed and archived tasks. Need help choosing? Contact us.
