A job search that keeps moving every day.

MCPBinder keeps every application, note, and next step in one place. Connect an AI agent like Claude or ChatGPT, and it can save roles, draft answers, and track follow-ups for you, while you make the decisions.

One week of a job search, with agents helping.

Here is how a week can look once your search lives in MCPBinder. Every screen below is the real product, showing a fictional workspace.

Job search video: Claude drafts application answers in MCPBinder and leaves the salary for you.

Monday: Start the week with a plan.

Recurring tasks show up on schedule, like a pipeline review every Monday at 9:00 and a job-board check each weekday morning.

Ask your agent what needs attention. It reads your goal, your constraints, and every open application before it answers.

Try asking
“Read my Job search project and tell me which applications need attention this week.”
The Job search project brief: next action, goal, decisions, and constraints such as remote or hybrid in Austin and a salary floor.
Recurring tasks in the Job search project: Send follow-ups on Fridays at 15:00, Weekly pipeline review on Mondays at 09:00, and Check job boards on weekdays at 08:30.

Tuesday: Save roles as you find them.

Found a posting? Paste the link into Claude or ChatGPT and ask it to save the role, or paste the posting itself if your agent can’t open links. It adds a task with the company, the pay, the deadline, and any referral.

Each change carries the agent’s name, so you always know what an agent added.

Try asking
“Save this job posting to my Job search project with the pay range, the deadline, and Sam’s referral.”
Task JW-5, Senior product designer at Brightwater Labs, in To apply: hybrid in Austin, $135k–$150k, a referral from Sam Patel, due October 16.
Comment from ChatGPT, authorized by Jordan Rivera: it saved the role from the posting, noted Sam’s referral, and recorded the October 16 deadline.

Wednesday: Draft answers, then review them.

Keep your résumé as a note in MCPBinder. Your agent can read it and draft answers to application questions, saved as a note you can edit.

It can leave the parts only you can answer, like your salary number, so you review everything before you apply.

Try asking
“Use my résumé note to draft answers for the Kestrel Health application. Save them as a note and leave anything you’re unsure about for me.”
Library note Kestrel Health application answers, created through an agent, with drafted answers and a salary answer marked “Needs your number.”
Comment from Claude, authorized by Jordan Rivera: it drafted the answers from the résumé note, and the salary answer needs Jordan’s number.

Thursday: Walk into interviews prepared.

Before the call, ask your agent for prep: stories from your work, questions to ask, and, if it can browse the web, what the team has shipped recently.

The prep stays with the application, ready for the next round or for a different agent.

Try asking
“Prepare me for tomorrow’s interview with Kestrel Health. Save the prep as a note and mention it on the task.”
Library note Kestrel Health interview prep, created through an agent, listing what to read before the call and questions to ask.
Comment from Claude, authorized by Jordan Rivera: it added interview prep with two portfolio stories and three questions for the design lead.

Friday: Follow up without losing track.

A recurring Friday task reminds you to follow up. Ask your agent which applications are waiting, and it can set follow-up dates and draft short notes.

You decide what to send, and when.

Try asking
“Which applications have been waiting more than two weeks? Set a follow-up date on each and draft a short note.”
Task JW-2, Design systems designer at Fieldstone, waiting on them since September 18, with a follow-up due October 12.
Comment from ChatGPT, authorized by Jordan Rivera: the application has waited three weeks, so it set a follow-up for Monday and drafted a note to the recruiter.

What changed by Friday.

Three new roles saved, an interview booked, and a follow-up date on everything that’s waiting.

The Job search board on Monday: two applications in Applied and one waiting on a reply.

New to AI agents? Start here.

An AI agent is an assistant like Claude or ChatGPT that can take actions for you, not just answer questions. Connected to MCPBinder, it can read and update your job search, but only the parts you allow.

  1. Create your free workspace.

Sign up and add a project for your search. You can track applications on your own; connecting an agent is optional.

  2. Connect Claude or ChatGPT.

Add MCPBinder as a connection in your agent, then sign in and choose what it can see and do.

  3. Ask in plain words.

Try “Save this job posting to my Job search project.” Your agent makes the change, with its name on it.

Open the connection guide

You stay in charge.

  • Each agent sees only the projects you choose, and you can turn off its access at any time.
  • Every change shows who made it: you, Claude, ChatGPT, or another agent.
  • MCPBinder doesn’t apply for jobs. If your agent can fill in forms, ask it to stop before submitting so you can review.
  • Agents work through your own Claude or ChatGPT account. MCPBinder doesn’t include an AI subscription.

Research and form filling depend on your agent’s tools. MCPBinder keeps the saved context, tasks, and application progress you choose to record.

Questions about your job search

Do I need an AI agent to use it?

No. Start with a workspace, organize your projects and tasks, and invite collaborators. Connecting an agent is a separate, optional step.

Do I need to pay for an AI subscription?

MCPBinder doesn’t include one. Use your own Claude, ChatGPT, or other compatible agent; what it can do depends on your plan with that provider.

Who can see my job search?

You and the people you invite to your workspace. Each connected agent sees only the projects you allow.

Can it read my email?

Only if you connect Gmail and turn on matching. MCPBinder then links emails from the senders or threads you choose to an application, using the sender and subject. It never reads message bodies.

How much does it cost?

Creating an account starts a Free workspace, and no card is required. Paid plans are optional.
