Send a report

Keep passwords, access tokens, and unrelated customer data out of your report.

  1. Open the account menu and choose Feedback & support. The page you were on is included with your report.
  2. Choose Bug report, Question or help request, or Suggestion, and add a short Title.
  3. Describe it. For a bug, include the steps you took, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  4. Select Send feedback, or Send question for a question.

Follow the conversation

Your requests appear beside the form as New, In progress, Waiting for your reply, or Resolved. Only you and MCPBinder support can read them. When support replies, you get an email with a link and can answer in the same conversation.

Account → Feedback lists your requests from every workspace, even after you leave one.

From an agent or an error page

When you ask, a connected agent can file a report for you with its submit_feedback tool. It appears in your list, and that agent can read replies only to reports it sent.

If a page says “We couldn’t load this page” and shows a reference, include it. Your account ID, under Account reference for support in Account → Security, also helps.

If you can’t sign in

Use the Contact page or email support@mcpbinder.com with a brief description. Don’t include passwords or tokens.
