The right people.
The right role.

Invite collaborators by email, choose who manages the workspace, and understand what happens when a workspace runs out of seats.

Invite someone

Everyone joins as a member. If the page says invitations are temporarily unavailable, contact support.

  1. In your workspace, open Settings → People & roles. Owners and admins can invite.
  2. Under Invite a collaborator, enter their Email address and select Send invitation.
  3. They accept while signed in to MCPBinder with that verified email address. Invitations expire after seven days.

Roles and ownership

Changing a role asks you to confirm it’s you with a passkey or authenticator, so set one up first under Account → Security → Security methods. Choosing Owner sends an offer that the member accepts or declines from a banner in the workspace within seven days. A workspace always keeps at least one owner.

Removing a member also revokes their agent connections and disconnects provider accounts they connected. Rejoining doesn’t restore them.

  • Owners manage the workspace, billing, members, roles, and the workspace’s accounts.
  • Admins manage connectors, invite and remove members, and restrict agent access.
  • Members collaborate on shared work and control their own connected agents.

Seats and seat limits

Every person takes a seat; agents don’t. A Free workspace includes one person, so an owner chooses a paid plan with more seats in Billing before inviting anyone. On a paid plan, “All paid seats are in use” means an owner needs to add seats in Billing.

If a workspace ends up with more people than seats, for example after a plan change, nobody is removed. Its most recently added members are paused, along with their agents and API keys. Owners are never paused, and access returns as soon as an owner adds seats or removes people.
