The Free plan

Each account includes one Free workspace with 3 active projects, 350 total tasks, and 1 GB of storage for one person. No card is required. Another workspace starts on a paid plan, or you can upgrade your first workspace and then add another free one.

How limits count

  • Every task counts toward the task limit, including completed and archived tasks, so archiving a task doesn’t free room.
  • Only active projects count toward the project limit, so archiving a project does.
  • Files count toward storage, including uploads in progress.
  • At a limit, existing work stays readable and editable, but new tasks or projects aren’t created and recurring tasks pause.
  • Agents don’t use seats. Your AI provider bills you separately.

Upgrade or manage a subscription

Each workspace has its own plan. In your workspace, open Settings → Billing. Only owners can change the plan, after confirming it’s you with a passkey or authenticator. Choosing a plan opens Stripe checkout, where you review the price, taxes, and renewal terms.

Manage subscription and invoices opens Stripe’s billing portal for payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. If a change doesn’t show up, select Sync billing. If paid access ends, the workspace returns to Free limits without deleting work.

Seats and access codes

On an active subscription, owners use Change paid seats to preview and apply a new count; it can’t go below the current number of members.

Have a promo or trial code? An owner enters it under Apply an access code. Access codes don’t need payment details and don’t start automatic billing.
