Who may use MCPBinder

These terms are between Reed Stories, LLC (‘we’, ‘us’) and the person or organization using MCPBinder (‘you’). Initial waitlist and early access are available only to adults aged 18 or older based in the United States who can enter an agreement. If you act for a team or organization, you must have authority to agree for it.

You agree by selecting the agreement control and submitting a waitlist request or continuing into an account. We record the policy version and time of acceptance. Merely reading the website or contacting us for support or a privacy request does not require agreement to use the workspace service. Optional analytics consent is a separate choice.

Legal notices and service questions may be sent electronically to support@mcpbinder.com. We may send service or legal notices to your account or waitlist email, or display them in the service as appropriate. Keep your contact information current.

Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist requests access-related communications. It does not create an account, guarantee admission, reserve a launch date, or purchase a service. You may withdraw by contacting support@mcpbinder.com.

Joining the waitlist does not start a subscription or recurring billing. Available plans and limits are shown on the pricing page. Any paid offering must disclose its price, billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms before you purchase it.

Early-access features may change or be unavailable. Keep independent copies of important information and do not rely on MCPBinder as your only record or for time-critical delivery. We do not promise an uptime level or support-response time unless separately agreed in writing.

Accounts and shared workspaces

Keep credentials and recovery information secure, provide accurate account details, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for choosing members, permissions, and connected services, and for having authority to share workspace information.

You are responsible for content you submit and for the permissions needed to use it. Do not upload passwords, private keys, or sensitive regulated information for which you have not established an appropriate agreement and supported workflow. Do not use the service unlawfully, distribute malware, impersonate others, spam recipients, seek unauthorized access, or bypass security or usage controls.

Workspace ownership must be transferred before deleting an account that owns a workspace. An individual account deletion does not authorize deletion of other members' accounts or shared workspace history. Contact us to arrange an authorized workspace closure.

Your content and our service

You retain your rights in your content. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display it to provide the service, secure it, and carry out your instructions. You authorize access by collaborators, providers, and agents you permit. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to us or authorize use of workspace content to train our own AI models.

Reed Stories, LLC and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, and branding, subject to applicable third-party and open-source licenses. You may provide feedback, which we may use to improve the service without an obligation to implement it.

Agents and external services

Choose agent permissions carefully. Direct write permission can allow changes without separate review of every action. Proposal workflows support review where available. You remain responsible for reviewing important outputs and maintaining appropriate access boundaries.

External agents and providers have their own terms, charges, availability, and data practices. We do not guarantee compatibility with every MCP client or the accuracy of external output. Revocation stops future authorized access but cannot recall previously shared information or undo every completed action.

Archiving a Binder resource and deleting the original provider file are separate operations. Scheduled work, notifications, and provider actions may be delayed or fail; verify important changes and deliveries.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Notice explains collection, use, sharing, retention, and privacy requests. Account, verification, security, invitation, and requested reminder messages support the service. Waitlist emails concern access; general marketing requires a separate appropriate choice.

You can reject optional analytics and advertising without losing essential service or support. The cookie controls explain the available choices. We will provide appropriate notice and seek a new choice before enabling new optional tracking purposes.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the service and request export, account deletion, or authorized workspace closure. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, abuse, material breach, or a legal obligation. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us; urgent action may occur first.

If we discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export available information where practicable. Retention, shared-team records, backup rotation, and narrowly limited legal/security exceptions are described in the Privacy Notice. Rights and obligations that by their nature should continue, including ownership, lawful retention, and dispute provisions, continue after access ends.

Service limitations and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the early-access service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee third-party or agent output.

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket monetary liability cap, mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a duty to indemnify us. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable remedies for fraud or willful misconduct.

Law, disputes, and updates

Colorado law governs these terms, subject to non-waivable protections that apply where you live. Please contact support@mcpbinder.com so we can try to resolve a concern. A dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Colorado, except where applicable law permits or requires a consumer to proceed elsewhere. No provision limits a non-waivable right to seek a legal remedy.

We will identify the effective date and version of updated terms, give appropriate notice of material changes, and request a recorded acceptance of the current version before continued use through the account interface. If you cannot agree, stop using the service and contact us for export, closure, or deletion assistance. A material change will not retroactively alter an already accrued claim.
