Upload a file
On a project’s Overview, choose Upload a file; on a task, open Files. Files can be up to 25 MB: PDF; PNG, JPEG, GIF, or WebP images; UTF-8 text, Markdown, or CSV; and modern Office documents.
ZIP files, executables, HTML, SVG, macro-enabled Office files, and password-protected or encrypted files are refused. For a brief you’ll keep editing, write a library note in Resources instead.
Scanning before download
Each upload is checked for malware and shows Scanning… until it passes. Keep the Files panel open so it can finish the check. A file that fails, or isn’t confirmed within an hour, never becomes available; upload it again.
Downloads and limits
- Download links work once and expire after 60 seconds. If one expired or was already used, open the file from MCPBinder again.
- Downloading requires access to the file’s project or task.
- Each person can start up to 100 uploads an hour in a workspace, and downloads have hourly and daily limits. If you reach one, wait and try again.
- Files count toward your plan’s storage. Remove file permanently deletes it from storage.
